Cheese Sausage Balls

A  favorite party food when Randy & I  married in 1970.

4 cups biscuit mix (Bisquick or your favorite brand)

10 ounce sharp cheese, grated

1 pound hot sausage

-Wash your hands thoroughly - then use them to mix up this. (or use heavy duty mixer with dough hook to mix)

-Mix all ingredients together by hand or mixer dough hook until it is a stiff cohesive dough.

-Shape into small balls and place on un-greased cookie sheet close to each other. (These do not rise enough to notice so place very close to each other on cookie sheet.)

-Bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes or until browned.

----------

Good for refreshment table for drop in, wedding reception, brunch, tea, or any kind of party.  Wonderful warm!
