Chicken & Sausage Casserole
Cook a large fryer in 2 ½ cups of water. Pull meat from bone. Cook a box of long grain wild rice, in broth. Cook 1 lb. hot sausage. Sauté 1 onion in sausage grease. Mix with 2 cans mushroom soup. Put in Pyrex casserole dish. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Cook at 350o until bubbly. |
