Corn Casserole

1 package of frozen white corn                     

4 eggs

2 cups milk or half and half                        

1 tablespoon of flour

2 tablespoons of butter, melted 

1 tablespoon of sugar  

Mix eggs, milk, flour and sugar together.  Put frozen corn in 2 quart casserole pan. Stir milk mixture and melted butter into corn. Bake at 4000 F about one hour ( until corn custard is set and golden brown on top).

Best eaten hot from the oven.  Good side dish for buffet or Sunday dinner.  Can add rolls the last 15 minutes of baking time to have both ready at the same time for meal.
