Mom's Macaroni & Cheese

Serving Size: 8

Ingredients:

7 ounces             uncooked macaroni noodles

8 ounces             sharp cheddar cheese -- grated

8 ounces             Colby cheese -- grated

2 cups                 milk, 2% low-fat

2 whole               egg -- stirred into milk

1/4 cup                self-rising flour -- whisked into milk

1/8 tsp                mustard -- whisked into milk

1 1/2 tsp             dry chicken bullion -- whisked into milk

1/2 tsp                salt(to taste) -- whisked into milk

1 tsp                   black pepper (to taste) -- whisked into milk

2 Tbsp                butter or margarine

Generously grease glass baking dish with butter.  Add milk mixture to pan with remaining butter.  Slowly stir grated cheeses into milk mixture.  Slowly stir drained, cooked macaroni noodles into milk mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 30 minutes, until it is set, firm, and looks golden brown.  If there are leftovers, cover and put in refrigerator.  Cover to reheat in microwave or oven
