Sour Cream Chicken

Sour Cream Chicken

1 pkg or jar chipped beef              

6 to 8 skinned, de-boned chicken breasts

6 to 8 strips of bacon

small carton sour cream

1 can mushroom soup

2 Tablespoons cooking sherry    

Wrap each chicken breast in a strip of bacon.  Put a piece of chipped beef under each piece.  Mix sour cream, soup & sherry.  Pour over chicken and cover with foil.  Cook 3 hours at 300oF.   Take foil off for last 15 minutes of cooking time.
