Fish Filets

Zesty Italian Salad Dressing

1 Lemon

 Marinate fish filets in zesty Italian dressing for 2 hours in a plastic baggy.

 Place filets in a in a fish rack to make turning over simple.

 Cook on open charcoal or gas grill for 8-10 minutes on each side , basting with left over zesty Italian, and sprinkle with paprika.

  After you finish cooking both sides, squeeze fresh lemon liberally over filets.

 Serve with tartar sauce, baked potatoes or rice and your favorite salad
