Taco Dip

Roxie’s Taco Dip

 

1 pound ground chuck

1 pkg taco seasoning

1 small container sour cream (8oz)

1 small jar mild thick salsa

2 cups grated sharp cheese

2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese

1 can refried beans

          Brown hamburger and drain.  Add taco seasoning.  Layer in Pyrex dish: First hamburger, refried beans, salsa mixed with sour cream, then grated cheese sprinkled on top.  Put in oven at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes (till hot and cheese is melted).  Serve with taco chips.  Serves about 20 to 30 people.
