Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

1 package yeast               ¾ cups lukewarm water

2 teaspoons sugar            ½ teaspoon salt

1 Tablespoon olive oil    1 ½ cup flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

      Dissolve yeast in warm water in processor bowl. Add sugar, salt, oil, white flour.  Process 15 seconds.  Let rise (in processor bowl) 30 minutes.  Add whole wheat flour and process until a ball forms (about 5 seconds).  Remove dough from processor bowl.  Knead by hand 1 minute.  Roll out to desired size (1/8 to ¼ inch thick).   Spread with desired pizza toppings.  Bake 400 F  15 to 20 minutes until browned on bottom and bubbly on top.
